Dear Students, Families, and Community Members,

Welcome to Nanuet Senior High School, home of the Golden Knights!

It is my pleasure to welcome you to our school community. Nanuet High School is a place where students are encouraged to learn, grow, explore their interests, and prepare for their future. We are committed to providing students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary for success in college, career, and life.

Our work is guided by the mission of the Nanuet School District:

This mission reflects our commitment to supporting the whole student. We strive to provide an environment where students are challenged academically, develop confidence and resilience, build meaningful relationships, and make informed decisions about their future pathways.

Nanuet High School is proud to be recognized as a two-time U.S. Department of Education National Blue Ribbon High Achieving School, earning this prestigious distinction in 2016 and again in 2022. This honor reflects the accomplishments of our students, the dedication of our faculty and staff, and the strong partnership of our entire school community. It represents our shared commitment to academic excellence and ensuring every student has the support and resources needed to succeed.

Our academic program provides students with many ways to pursue their interests and prepare for life after graduation, including Advanced Placement courses, dual enrollment opportunities, career-focused experiences, and a variety of pathways designed to support individual goals.

Beyond the classroom, students have many opportunities to participate in athletics, performing and visual arts, clubs, leadership experiences, and community service. These experiences help students develop collaboration, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while contributing to the Nanuet community. We value the ideas and perspectives of our students and recognize the important role they play in helping us continue to grow as a school.
