Hints for the current simulations!
We are going to have a competition later in the semester to see who can create a successful business run their business the best, so it's a good idea to make sure you 'get' how to be successful in the simulation. Attached are two hints for how to reach the simulation goal for each simulation.
For Business Plan Math - I've included a layout that makes the workers efficient. Their speed depends on being able to reach the materials they need efficiently!
For Recruiting - I've included who I've hired to reach the goal. I almost always put job listings on Munster.com Opens in a new browser tab to get more quality applicants, and that's what I did here. Your hires should all have work experience, no typos on their resumes, and have references that say they were "excellent" and "took direction well". If they don't fulfill all of those requirements, then they'll work too slowly. Generally speaking it's worth the money to pay an employee a little more, because you get a good return on investment in productivity.
